How does this make you feel? I checked the wires, every thing was fine but the light didn’t go away. Before we can attempt to auto-tune we need to ensure your input is okay.

What input sensor are you using? What temperature are you controlling at? What colour are the sensor wires? I still get eurothwrm error. I have a type K thermocouple with a dark red color.

I used to use it at celcious mostly. It appears you may have a fault with your input circuitry on the If the input parameter is setup for thermocouple then this should display room temperature. I suggest returning the unit for repair or replacement. Thank eurotjerm Bob for your helps.

I will test it on monday again and if it doesn’t work, I’ll send it for repairs.

Thank you for your sincere help. I started the furnace again and I received the sbr error blinking again with op1 light.

I cooled down the furnace and checked the circutes but every thing looks fine. Hello Arash, You may have a few issues that require resolving. Regarding the Sbr, this may be resolved as described in my earlier comments. Worth checking the gold pcb contacts are clean to ensure a sound connection with the sleeve. Hi Bob, I already changed the thermocouple but it didn’t change anything. I still eurotgerm the sbr and op2! I checked all the connections and everything seems to work fine in temrs of wires but the error message still blinks. Could it be the solid state relay?

Is it like a fuse which could be burned out? Hello Arash, I suggest sending back your controller for repair to your nearest Eurotherm office.

Sbr is a sensor failure or your controller has an input eurotyerm failure. What is your location?
